The Secretariat has negotiated special rates with several local hotels. Room allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Delegates are free to book their accommodation directly through the hotel or over the internet, where it is possible that a lower ‘special rate’ will be advertised. The Secretariat will not be responsible for any bookings that are made through external organisations or directly with hotels.

Copthorne Tara

Accommodation is provided in spacious and elegantly furnished rooms. In-room amenities include satellite TV and pay movies, high speed Internet access, trouser press and iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, direct dial telephone, radio and alarm.



Kensington Close Hotel

Situated in a quiet location, the Kensington Close Hotel, is conveniently located. The hotel provides its guests with modern, bright, well appointed en-suite bedrooms with all the usual modern conveniences as standard, including the use of the swimming pool in the health club. (Daily charge will apply) The hotel also has on site parking. (Car parking charges apply.)



Rates quoted (in UK £ sterling) are per room per night and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

• Double occupancy rate at the Copthorne Tara - £120.00 per room per night
• Single occupancy rate at the Kensington Close Hotel - £119.00 per room per night
• Double occupancy rate at the Kensington Close Hotel - £129.00 per room per night

Full payment for all accommodation is required in order to make reservations. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you on receipt of the Registration/Accommodation Form together with the correct payment. The cost of room extras, i.e. telephone calls, laundry etc should be settled directly with the hotel on departure.

Accommodation Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds for cancelled accommodation will be given in full only if the Secretariat can resell the bedrooms and provided that written notice is received. Name substitutions will be permitted at any time. Payment of refunds will be made by the Secretariat after the conference.
